Chipotle Beef and Bean Burritos Recipe

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Archer Farms™ Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle
  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can Market Pantry™ Pinto Beans, drained
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can chopped green chiles
  • 1 cup shredded Market Pantry™ Sharp Cheddar
  • 8 burrito size (about 10-inch) flour tortillas
  1. Cook ground beef with taco seasoning and ground chipotle in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Drain.
  2. Stir beans and chiles into beef mixture. Heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until hot.
  3. For each burrito, spoon 1/2 cup beef mixture onto a tortilla. Top beef with 2 tablespoons cheese. Fold sides over beef about 1 inch on each side and roll up.
