Chimayo Cocktail Recipe

  • 1 ¼ ounces tequila
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • 1½ teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1½ teaspoons creme de cassis
  • 6 to 8-ounce tall glass
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with 6 to 8 ice cubes. Add all of the ingredients and shake briskly 6 or 7 times. Strain into the glass and serve.
