Chilled Mocha Tea with Chocolate Ice Cubes Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar free chocolate syrup
  • 12 leaves mint
  • 2 packets SPLENDA® Flavors for Coffee, Mocha
  • 3/4 cup brewed black tea
  • 2 tablespoons reduced fat milk
  1. Mix 1 1/2 cups milk and chocolate syrup together in a small bowl or measuring cup. Pour into an ice tray. Rip mint leaves in half if large and place in ice cube trays. Freeze cubes 3 to 4 hours or until frozen firm.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons reduced milk with hot brewed black tea. Pour SPLENDA(R) Flavor Blends for Coffee, Mocha packets into the tea and stir well. Chill 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Place 2 cubes in a serving glass. Pour chilled tea over cubes. Serve immediately. Store remaining cubes in freezer for future use.
