Chilled Asiago Rice Salad Recipe

  • 1 1/4 cups MarzettiĀ® Asiago Peppercorn Dressing
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages instant microwaveable brown and wild rice blend, prepared
  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed by running under water and drained
  • 1 cup diced red onion (1/4-inch pieces)
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 red pepper, diced
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and toss with Marzetti Asiago Peppercorn Salad Dressing. Season with salt and serve. This recipe can be chilled for 1 hour prior to serving. Store remaining portion covered in the refrigerator.
