Chili-Rice Con Queso Recipe

  • 1 (15.5 ounce) can BUSH'S® Chili Magic Chili Starter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) package white and wild rice mix with seasoning packet
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  1. In a large saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in hot oil until tender. Add BUSH'S(R) Chili Magic Chili Starter, tomato, white and wild rice mix and water; bring to a boil.
  2. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
