- 1 (15.5 ounce) can BUSH'S® Chili Magic Chili Starter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can can tomatoes, undrained and chopped
- 1 (6 ounce) package white and wild rice mix with seasoning packet
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- In a large saucepan, cook onion and green pepper in hot oil until tender. Add BUSH'S(R) Chili Magic Chili Starter, tomato, white and wild rice mix and water; bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed. Spoon into a serving dish and sprinkle with cheese.
