- 1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili No Beans
- 2 1/2 cups cooked rice
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
- Sour cream
- Sliced green onions
- Sliced ripe olives
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. In bowl, combine chili, rice, eggs, onion, green pepper, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. Pour into greased 8-inch baking dish. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Cool. Cut into squares. Serve with sour cream, green onion, and olives.
