Chili and Chip Taco Salad Recipe

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (1 ounce) package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can HORMEL® Chili With Beans
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag FRITOS® Chili Cheese® Corn Chips
  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, coarsely chopped or shredded
  • Salsa
  • Sour Cream
  1. In large skillet, cook ground beef until lightly browned and cooked through. Add taco seasoning, chili and 1/4 cup water. Place corn chips in a large serving bowl. Add cheese and lettuce. Add ground beef mixture and toss to combine. If desired, serve with salsa and sour cream.
