Chickpea and chorizo curry Recipe

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Âź onion, finely chopped
  • 5 slices chorizo
  • 1 tsp mild curry powder
  • 50g/2oz tinned chickpeas, drained
  1. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan, add the onion, chorizo and curry powder and sautĂŠ for 3-4 minutes or until the onions have softened.
  2. Add the chickpeas and simmer gently for six minutes. Serve in a bowl.
