- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Âź onion, finely chopped
- 5 slices chorizo
- 1 tsp mild curry powder
- 50g/2oz tinned chickpeas, drained
- Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan, add the onion, chorizo and curry powder and sautĂŠ for 3-4 minutes or until the onions have softened.
- Add the chickpeas and simmer gently for six minutes. Serve in a bowl.
