Chicken with Creamy Lemon Sauce and Rice Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 4 small (4 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (270 g) tub PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme Cream Cheese Product
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 2/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice
  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (170 degrees F). Add broccoli; cook 2 to 3 min. until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Transfer chicken and broccoli to plate; cover to keep warm.
  2. Add garlic to skillet; cook and stir 1 min. Add Cooking Creme, milk and zest; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until heated through. Plate chicken and broccoli with rice; spoon hot sauce over top.
