Chicken Pasta Frittata Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 pound chicken breast tenders
  • 4 1/2 ounces BUITONI® fresh angel-hair pasta
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup shredded reduced-fat Colby Jack cheese
  1. Heat the oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and brown for 7 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes. Preheat the broiler. Wrap the handle of the skillet with foil; broil for 3 minutes or until browned.
