- 1 Archer Farms™ oven roasted chicken
- 1/2 cup Archer Farms™ red enchilada sauce
- 8 Archer Farms whole wheat or multigrain tortillas, warmed
- 1 (8 ounce) package shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Pull the meat from the chicken and discard skin and bones. Shred chicken into bite-size pieces. Toss chicken with sauce, adding an additional 1/4 cup if needed.
- Spoon chicken onto tortillas. Sprinkle with cheese and spoon on any Suggested Toppings (below). Roll up to eat.
