Chicken Burritos Recipe

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 (1.5 ounce) envelope ORTEGA® Burrito Seasoning Mix
  • 8 (10 inch) burrito-size flour tortillas
  • SARGENTO® ChefStyle Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, shredded lettuce, chopped green onions and sliced ripe olives
  • ORTEGA® Thick & Chunky Salsa
  1. HEAT vegetable oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until no longer pink. Add water and seasoning mix. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture thickens
  2. SPOON chicken mixture evenly over tortillas. Top with cheese, lettuce, green onions, olives and salsa; fold into burritos.
