Chevre with Mint, Cumin, and Cayenne Recipe

  • 1 (12 ounce) log- or cake-shaped unripened goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons O Organics™ Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  1. Place cheese on small plate. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with cumin, mint, and cayenne to taste.
  2. If desired, spread on slices of toasted Safeway SELECT Artisan Baguette.
