Chestnut and orange mousse Recipe

  • 5 cooked chestnuts (from a pack), sliced
  • 5 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 fig, sliced
  • 1 orange, segmented
  1. Place the chestnuts, Greek yoghurt and honey into a food processor and blend.
  2. Place into a chefs' ring and chill in the fridge for ten minutes.
  3. To serve, take out of the fridge and carefully remove the chefs' ring.
  4. Decorate the outside with the fig slices and place orange segments on top.
