- 2 quarts apple cider
- 1 (3 inch) cinnamon stick
- 1 (3 ounce) package cherry Jell-O®
- BRING cider and cinnamon stick to a boil in a saucepan.
- REDUCE heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Add gelatin; cook, stirring constantly, 2 minutes or until gelatin is dissolved. Serve warm.
