  • 1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 banana, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds, divided
  1. Combine yogurt, coconut water, strawberries, peaches, mango, banana, and 1 tablespoon chia seeds in a blender; blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into a bowl and top with remaining 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
