- 1 (8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese
- 12 water crackers, or more as needed
- 1 ripe pear – halved, cored, thinly sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper, coarse grind
- Spread about a tablespoon of brie (including the rind) on the crackers. Top with a thin slice of pear. Coarsely grind black pepper on the pears.
