Chef Johns Brie with Ripe Pear and Black Pepper Recipe

  • 1 (8 ounce) wedge Brie cheese
  • 12 water crackers, or more as needed
  • 1 ripe pear – halved, cored, thinly sliced
  • Freshly ground black pepper, coarse grind
  1. Spread about a tablespoon of brie (including the rind) on the crackers. Top with a thin slice of pear. Coarsely grind black pepper on the pears.
