- 4 cups cauliflower florets
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 ounces VELVEETA Made With 2% Milk Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
- 3/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup POST TOASTIES Corn Flakes
- 1/4 cup PLANTERS Almonds
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place cauliflower in 8- or 9-inch square glass baking dish. Microwave on HIGH 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.
- Sprinkle with nutmeg. Top with Velveeta and shredded cheese. Sprinkle with combined remaining ingredients.
- Bake 12 to 14 min. or until topping is golden brown.
