- 1 (14.5 ounce) can fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cups chopped cooked turkey
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- 6 ounces VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
- Combine broth, turkey and broccoli in large skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 min.
- Add rice and VELVEETA; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 min. or until rice is tender and VELVEETA is melted. Stir until well blended.
