Cheddary Garlic Mashed Potatoes Recipe

  • 4 cups hot IDAHOAN® prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 1/3 cups FRENCH'S® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Heat mashed potatoes, soup, 1 cup cheese and garlic powder in saucepan over medium heat. Stir until cheese melts.
  2. Spoon potato mixture into 2-quart baking dish. Top with 1/2 cup cheese and French Fried Onions.
  3. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees F or until hot and until onions are golden.
