Charoses Recipe

  • 6 large apples – peeled, cored, and shredded
  • 1/2 pound pecans, very finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon red wine, or as needed
  1. Stir shredded apples, pecans, cinnamon, and sugar together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Mix in red wine as needed to help the mixture hold together.
