Champagne Cooler Recipe

  • Crushed ice
  • 1 ounce brandy
  • 1 ounce Cointreau
  • 6 ounces chilled champagne
  • Mint sprigs
  1. Half-fill a 12-ounce highball glass with crushed ice. Pour in the brandy and Cointreau and fill with champagne. Garnish with mint.
