- 1 (6 ounce) container strawberry low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup fat free milk
- 3/4 cup POST Fruit & Bran with Dates, Raisins, Walnuts Cereal
- Place yogurt, strawberries and water in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
- Pour milk over cereal. Serve with the smoothie.
