- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon dried minced onion
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Stir in vinegar and onion. Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until combined. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Serve over fresh fruit or salad greens.
