- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 25g/1oz butter
- ½ celeriac, peeled and grated
- 100ml/3½fl oz double cream
- 55g/2oz Stilton cheese, crumbled
- Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/Gas 4.
- Heat the olive oil and butter together in a pan and gently fry the celeriac for 4-5 minutes, or until beginning to brown. Stir in the cream and cheese, then transfer to an ovenproof gratin dish. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden-brown on top and bubbling.
