- 1 (10 ounce) package Cascadian Farm® frozen organic chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
- 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
- Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
- Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
- Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
