Cascadian Farm®s Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

  • 1 (10 ounce) package Cascadian Farm® frozen organic chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed to drain
  • 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, drained
  • 3 scallions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups plain low-fat yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
  1. Place all ingredients in blender or food processor.
  2. Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate 3 hours before serving. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.
