Carrot Tzimmes Salad Recipe

  • Dressing:
  • 1/4 cup refrigerated poppyseed salad dressing
  • 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ orange blossom honey
  • 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Salad:
  • 1 (10 ounce) package julienne cut carrots
  • 1 (6 ounce) package Archer Farms™ golden raisin cherry blend
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ sliced almonds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  1. In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; cover and refrigerate.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine salad ingredients; cover and refrigerate.
  3. Just before serving, toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
