- Dressing:
- 1/4 cup refrigerated poppyseed salad dressing
- 1 tablespoon Archer Farms™ orange blossom honey
- 1 tablespoon Market Pantry™ cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Salad:
- 1 (10 ounce) package julienne cut carrots
- 1 (6 ounce) package Archer Farms™ golden raisin cherry blend
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup Market Pantry™ sliced almonds, toasted
- 2 tablespoons minced red onion
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- In a small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; cover and refrigerate.
- In a medium bowl, combine salad ingredients; cover and refrigerate.
- Just before serving, toss salad with dressing and serve immediately.
