- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 cups finely grated carrots
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- Combine the honey, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Combine the carrots, raisins and sunflower seeds in a bowl and mix well. Add the honey mixture and mix well. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Stir before serving.
