Carrot and herb salad with Parma ham Recipe

  • 150g/5½oz carrot, finely sliced
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 50g/2oz Parma ham
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  1. Place the carrots, herbs and oil into a bowl. Season, to taste, with salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix well.
  2. To serve, place the Parma ham flat onto a plate and arrange the carrot and herb salad on top.
