- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon, juice only
- 1 lime, juice only
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 100g/3½oz very fresh raw tuna, thinly sliced
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Place the olive oil, lemon and lime juice and balsamic vinegar into a bowl and mix well.
- Add the tuna to the bowl and let the fish marinate in the bowl for ten minutes.
- To serve, arrange the tomato slices on a clean plate and place the tuna on top of the tomato. Sprinkle the fresh parsley and sesame seeds over the top and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
