Caramelized Onions – duplicate title Recipe

  • 2 cups yellow onion slices
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  1. In a sauce pan over medium heat, melt the butter and then add the onion slices. Stir well. Let cook for 10 minutes; stirring occasionally. Add the vinegar and cook another 15 minutes.
  2. This can be served right away on top of meat or veggies or it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 4 days.
