- 2 cups yellow onion slices
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- In a sauce pan over medium heat, melt the butter and then add the onion slices. Stir well. Let cook for 10 minutes; stirring occasionally. Add the vinegar and cook another 15 minutes.
- This can be served right away on top of meat or veggies or it can be stored in the refrigerator for about 4 days.
