Cappuccino Dessert Recipe

  • 2 cups cold fat-free milk
  • 2 teaspoons MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
  • 1 pkg. (4 serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Fat Free Sugar Free Instant Reduced Calorie Pudding & Pie Filling
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
  1. Pour milk and instant coffee into medium bowl. Add dry pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour into five dessert dishes.
  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
  3. Add cinnamon to whipped topping; stir with wire whisk until well blended. Spread over pudding.
