Capicolla Panini Sandwiches Recipe

  • 4 slices Archer Farms™ all natural 100% whole wheat bread
  • 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 pound deli sliced Archer Farms™ all natural hot capicolla
  • 6 slices tomato
  • 12 slices pickle
  • 2 slices deli sliced Archer Farms™ havarti
  1. Heat panini or George Foreman grill. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on bread slices. Top 2 slices with capicolla, tomato, pickle, cheese and remaining bread slices.
  3. Grill each sandwich 3 to 4 minutes or until bread is deep golden brown. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.
