Cantaloupe-Peach Smoothie Recipe

  • ¾ cup orange juice
  • 1 cup cantaloupe chunks
  • 1 cup sliced peaches
  • ½ cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  1. Combine the orange juice, cantaloupe, peaches, and yogurt in a blender and purée to the desired consistency.
  2. Add lemon juice and maple syrup to taste, and serve cold.
