Canal House Classic Vinaigrette Recipe

  • 1 small garlic clove, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Kosher salt, freshly ground pepper
