- 6 (4 ounce) halibut fillets, 2 inches thick
- 1/2 cup KNUDSEN Sour Cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 3/4 cup Japanese-style bread crumbs (panko)
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place fish in 15x10x1-inch pan.
- Mix all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; spoon over fish. Sprinkle with crumbs.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork.
