California Halibut Bake Recipe

  • 6 (4 ounce) halibut fillets, 2 inches thick
  • 1/2 cup KNUDSEN Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
  • 3/4 cup Japanese-style bread crumbs (panko)
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place fish in 15x10x1-inch pan.
  2. Mix all remaining ingredients except bread crumbs; spoon over fish. Sprinkle with crumbs.
  3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until top is golden brown and fish flakes easily with fork.
