- 2 slices bacon
- Sara Lee® New York Style Bagels
- Mayonnaise
- Lettuce leaves
- 1/2 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 1 slice Cheddar cheese
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towels.
- Toast the bagel. Spread Mayonnaise on both sides. Then place lettuce, tomato, avocado, red onion, bacon, and cheese on top.
