Cajun Kale and Rice Recipe

  • 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic pepper blend
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup shredded kale
  • 1/2 cup uncooked rice
  1. Stir chicken broth, salt, oregano, paprika, garlic pepper blend, and cayenne pepper together in a pot over medium heat; bring to a boil
  2. Stir kale and rice into the boiling broth mixture; return the broth to a boil, place a cover on the pot, reduce heat to low, and continue cooking at a simmer until the rice is cooked through and tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
