Cacciatore-Style Chicken Bake Recipe

  • 1 2/3 cups hot water
  • 1 (6 ounce) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 small green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red pepper, chopped
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Add hot water to stuffing mix; stir just until moistened. Set aside.
  2. Place chicken, peppers and onions in 13×9-inch baking dish; mix lightly. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken mixture; top with prepared stuffing.
  3. Bake 30 min. or until chicken is cooked through.
