Butternut Squash with Apple and Cranberries Recipe

  • 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, melted
  • 1 (1- 3/4) pound butternut squash, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 1 medium apple, cubed
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in 1-1/2-quart baking dish. Cover and bake 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake an additional 15 minutes or until squash is tender.
