- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 cup grated fresh ginger root
- 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 dash red pepper flakes
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in ginger, garlic, green onions, basil, black pepper and red pepper flakes; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until well blended.
