Buttered Ginger Sauce Recipe

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup grated fresh ginger root
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 dash red pepper flakes
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir in ginger, garlic, green onions, basil, black pepper and red pepper flakes; cook for 5 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until well blended.
