- 1/4 pound bacon, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 6 serrano chiles, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, diced
- 2 (15.8 ounce) cans BUSH'S® Pinto Beans, drained and rinsed
- Chopped cilantro
- Lightly brown bacon in large skillet over medium heat, about 4 to 5 minutes. Add onions and chiles, saute until onion is golden brown, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in tomato and beans and allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
