Bushs® Chicken Tortilla Soup Recipe

  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans BUSH'S® Great Northern Beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can BUSH'S® Black Beans
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chiles
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes with jalapenos
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • Optional Garnish:
  • Crushed tortilla chips (optional)
  • Shredded Mexican Cheese (optional)
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Lime juice (optional)
  1. Mix together and cook in a crock pot for 4-6 hours on medium.
  2. If desired, garnish with crushed tortilla chips, shredded Mexican cheese, sour cream and lime juice.
