BUSHS Black Bean Salsa with Pineapple Recipe

  • 1 (15 ounce) can BUSH’S Black Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cups pineapple tidbits, drained with juice reserved
  • 1 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 6 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 seeded jalapeno pepper, minced
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Toss and serve.
