BUSHS® Baked Butter Beans with Gingersnaps Recipe

  • 2 (16 ounce) cans BUSH'S® Butter Beans, rinsed, drained and patted dry
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon coarse mustard
  • 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/4 cups crushed gingersnaps
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place the butter beans in a 1-quart baking dish.
  3. Combine sour cream, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce in a separate bowl and stir into the butter beans.
  4. Combine the butter and Gingersnaps and sprinkle evenly over the beans.
  5. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Serve Hot.
