Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches by Campbells Kitchen Recipe

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 3 tablespoons cayenne pepper sauce
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 4 Pepperidge Farm® Classic Sandwich Buns with Sesame Seeds
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  1. Heat the chicken, soup, pepper sauce and half the cheese in a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
  2. Place 1 leaf lettuce onto each bun. Divide the chicken mixture among the buns. Top each with 1 tablespoon remaining cheese.
