- 150g/5½oz cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp thyme
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 2 large slices of ciabatta bread, toasted
- Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
- Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with rosemary, thyme and garlic.
- Place into the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve the hot tomatoes on the toasted bread and enjoy.
