Bruschetta with tomatoes and rosemary Recipe

  • 150g/5½oz cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp thyme
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 large slices of ciabatta bread, toasted
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C/400F/Gas 6.
  2. Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with rosemary, thyme and garlic.
  3. Place into the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
  4. Serve the hot tomatoes on the toasted bread and enjoy.
