Brownie Mint Sundae Squares Recipe

  • 1 (19.5 ounce) package Pillsbury® Classic Traditional Fudge Brownies
  • 3/4 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 (14 ounce) can EAGLE BRAND® Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
  • 5 drops green food coloring (optional)
  • 2 cups whipping cream, whipped
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup Smucker's® Chocolate Fudge Spoonable Ice Cream Topping (optional)
  1. Prepare brownie mix as package directs; stir in walnuts. Turn into aluminum-foil lined and greased 13×9-inch baking pan. Bake as directed. Cool thoroughly.
  2. In large bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, peppermint extract and food coloring (optional). Fold in whipped cream and chocolate chips. Spoon over brownie layer.
  3. Cover; freeze 6 hours or until firm. To serve, lift from pan with foil; cut into squares. Serve with hot fudge sauce (optional). Freeze leftovers.
