Brown Eyed Susans Recipe

  • 1 1/2 cups baking mix
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 20 semisweet chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F ( 175 degrees C ).
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the biscuit mix and instant pudding mix. Add the eggs and oil; stir until well blended. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls and place on an unprepared cookie sheet. Press one chocolate chip down into the center of each cookie. Bake for 10 minutes in the preheated oven. remove from cookie sheet to cool on a wire rack.
