- 1 (10 ounce) package Cascadian Farm® frozen organic broccoli with Cheddar cheese sauce
- 8 ounces uncooked linguine
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup dry white wine, vegetable broth or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
- Make broccoli with cheese sauce as directed on package. Cook and drain pasta al dente as directed on package.
- Heat oil in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat. Cook mushrooms, red pepper and garlic in oil 1 minute. Stir in wine; cook until half of the liquid cooks away.
- Stir in broccoli and cheese, pasta and tamari. Heat about 1 minute or until hot.
